WDNR Issues Final Site Closure For State’s Largest Brownfield Cleanup Project – Sigma’s Role

Published On: August 5, 2020

We are proud to have served the City of Milwaukee and greater Milwaukee community as the environmental consultant/engineer helping to transform a once blighted and underutilized, 100-acres within the heart of the City, into a nationally recognized, catalytic, and transformative brownfield success.  Sigma’s commitment to the Menomonee Valley began early in its 21st century revitalization when we established our corporate headquarters on a former brownfield site in 2003.  The incredible redevelopment of the Menomonee Valley was made possible through the contributions, strong leadership, and partnership of the City of Milwaukee, the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources, and the Menomonee Valley Partners.
