Summerfest U.S. Cellular Connection Stage and North Gate | Milwaukee, WI
Sigma provided civil and environmental engineering services to Milwaukee World Festival planning and design team for the North Gate and US Cellular Stage projects as well as other facility improvements. Sigma completed a large-scale surveying project, using cutting-edge equipment, including Unmanned Aerial Survey (UAS), commonly referred to as a drone, for high resolution digital mapping and 3D laser scanning technology. The use of UAS for surveying is more efficient than traditional methods and allowed access to previously inaccessible areas.

Drexel Ridge Apartments – Phase 1 | Oak Creek, WI
Sigma served as lead engineer, providing civil engineering and surveying services for the Drexel Ridge Apartments development, a 166-unit luxury development that captures a balance between suburban feel and urban conveniences.

The North End | Milwaukee, WI
Sigma provided civil and environemtnal engineering services for the catalytic luxury apartment complex located along the Milwaukee River. Sigma’s role included obtaining a Voluntary Party Liability Exemption Certificate of Completion, site design, public and private utility coordination, stormwater management, and permitting.

The Marling | Madison, WI
Sigma provided environmental due diligence and environmental engineering services prior to the construction of The Marling development, working closely with the developer to examine and evaluate the once run-down lumberyard that has been transformed into an industrial-flare mixed-development. Sigma also worked closely with the client to obtain regulatory approval associated with environmental conditions and to satisfy debt and equity environmental underwriting.

Froedtert and Medical College of Wisconsin Integrated Procedural Platform | Wauwatosa, WI
Sigma provided environmental due diligence and indoor air quality monitoring services for the expansive and complex four-year remodeling project.

Apartment BuildingThe Griot Apartments | Milwaukee, WI
Sigma provided environmental due diligence services for the property that was previously America’s Black Holocaust Museum and Garfield School. The site is now home to the new Griot apartments and 30 affordable housing units with plans for a museum reopening in the future.
