Sigma cleans up for Earth Day 2018
Employees and family members from The Sigma Group celebrated Earth Day by helping clean up the habitat in the east end of the Menomonee Valley and along the river as part of the Milwaukee Riverkeeper’s 23rd Annual Spring River Cleanup on April 21 in Milwaukee.
2018 marks Sigma’s 11th straight year working on the River Cleanup, which is one of our many activities supporting the environment and the Milwaukee community.
Sigma has been an active member of the Menomonee Valley neighborhood since locating its offices at 1300 W. Canal Street in 2003. Sigma has provided engineering and consulting services for Valley projects such as Badger Railing, Caleffi North America, Cargill, Charter Wire, the City of Milwaukee, Derse Exhibits, Harley-Davidson Museum, Hank Aaron State Trail, JF Ahern, Lohmann-Rauscher (formerly Solaris), Miller Park, North Bank Trail, Palermo’s Pizza, Rishi Tea, Southeast Wisconsin Wisconsin Professional Baseball Park District, Taylor Dynamometer, Three Bridges Park, and the Urban Ecology Center.
Thanks to the Milwaukee Riverkeepers and Menomonee Valley Partners for organizing the spring cleanup!
