Emerging Contaminants May Impact Development Projects – Sigma prepares NAIOP Policy Update

Published On: June 23, 2020

Emerging contaminants, such as PFOS and PFOA, are two examples of a group of chemicals known as PFAS, which include over 4,000 human made industrial chemicals that persist in the environment and are quickly becoming an issue on which developers need to be informed.

The Sigma Group prepared a presentation for NAIOP Wisconsin Chapter; it is available for download below and on NAIOP Wisconsin Chapter’s website, for members.

This presentation has been approved by the Supreme Court of Wisconsin Board of Bar Examiners, to satisfy one (1) continuing legal education (CLE) unit.
