STAFF ENGINEER/HYDROGEOLOGIST/GEOLOGIST 1-5 years of experience

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist team members with the execution of Phase I Environmental Site Assessments and soil, groundwater, sediment, and vapor sampling projects
- Support development of sampling plans, data compilation, data review, report preparation, remedial design, and specification preparation
- Collect soil, groundwater, vapor, and sediment samples in accordance with established standard operating procedures and Quality Assurance Project Plans
- Identify, track, and communicate scope and/or schedule changes with team members
- Implement, oversee, and document remedial activities
- Develop and maintain familiarity with current federal and state regulations and guidance
- Assist in the continuous improvement of procedures and efficiencies
QUALIFICATIONS
Preferred candidates will have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and/or Geology
- Passed Fundamentals of Engineering Exam (FE) and/or Geologist in Training Exam (G.I.T)
- Experience with Wisconsin regulations
- Experience using Adobe Illustrator and Microsoft Office
- Personal accountability for quality of work, project scope, schedule, and budget
- Effective communication – both oral and written
- Motivated, proactive, and intellectually curious approach to problem solving and personal growth
- Effective time management and prioritization skills
