We are looking for a Senior Lead-Based Paint Project Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our Environmental Group.

  • Project management
  • Manage and coordinate technician schedules to meet project timelines
  • Prepare reports
  • Provide QA/QC for reports, specifications, and plans
  • Client communication
  • Proposal preparation, cost estimating, and cost control
  • Conduct lead dust clearances, lead hazard screens, and risk assessments
  • Conduct lead-based paint inspections using an XRF instrument
  • Maintain accurate and legible assessment field notes


Preferred candidates will have:

  • Wisconsin Licensed Lead Risk Assessor or Lead Hazard Investigator certification.
  • Training and experience using an XRF instrument
  • Working knowledge of HUD, OSHA, DHS-163, and NR-500 lead regulations
  • Experience on HUD-funded projects
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and willing to take on new challenges
  • Strong communication and management skills
  • Accountability for quality of work, project schedule, and budget
