We are looking for a Senior Landscape Architect / Land Planner with 5-15 years of experience to join our Civil Group.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the landscape plan design for public and private development projects
- Build and expand Sigma’s landscape architecture and land planning services
- Maintain existing client relationships and develop new clients
QUALIFICATIONS
Preferred candidates will have:
- B.S. Degree in Landscape Architecture or Planning preferred, but not required
- Wisconsin Registration
- Experience with landscape design on site development projects
- Experience with land planning for public and private entities
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design and rendering software
- Highly motivated, proactive, and willing to take on new challenges
- Strong communication and management skills
- Accountability for quality of work, project schedule, and budget
