We are looking for a Senior Asbestos Project Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our Environmental Group.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate NESHAP-compliant inspections
- Manage and coordinate technician schedules to meet project timelines
- Prepare NESHAP-compliant inspection reports, abatement specifications, and management and O&M plans
- Provide QA/QC for field inspections, final reports, and plans
- Client communication
- Proposal preparation, cost estimating, and cost control
- Conduct asbestos inspections
- Maintain accurate and legible inspection field notes
- Provide observation and documentation during abatement activities
QUALIFICATIONS
Preferred candidates will have:
- Wisconsin Licensed Asbestos Inspector and Supervisor certifications
- Asbestos Management Planner and/or Project Designer certifications or ability to obtain them
- Highly motivated, proactive, and willing to take on new challenges
- Strong communication and management skills
- Working knowledge of NESHAP, AHERA, NR-447, and City of Milwaukee Regulations
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel and Access)
- Accountability for quality of work, project schedule, and budget
