We are looking for a Project Transportation Construction Engineer with 4-10 years of experience to join our Civil Group.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist senior staff
- Project communication
- Work independently with minimal oversight
- Assist with training and oversight of staff
- Perform construction observation and inspections (street, underground utilities, grading, walls, bridges)
- Construction contact administration activities including project tracking, contract modifications, and pay estimates
- Review project plans, specifications, and agreements
QUALIFICATIONS
Preferred candidates will have:
- B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering preferred, but not required
- P.E., a plus
- Experience with construction management and inspection (building, municipal, utility, DOT roadway)
- Understanding of design and construction
- Experience in WisDOT inspection and/or design, a plus
- Highway Technician Certification Program (HTCP), a plus
- Experience using AutoCAD Civil 3D and stormwater modeling software, a plus
- Highly motivated, proactive, and willing to take on new challenges
- Strong communication and management skills
- Accountability for quality of work, project schedule, and budget
