The Sigma Group, Inc. (Sigma) has a need for a Project Process Engineer who is experienced in chemical and/or mechanical engineering applications.
The successful candidate will have 5 to 10 years of engineering experience and will play a vital role within our firm servicing our industrial customers with design, evaluation, troubleshooting, expansion, and/or optimization of their processes/systems to meet both their production needs and regulatory requirements.
Our customers turn to us for engineering related to wastewater pretreatment systems, dust collection systems, scrubbers and other air pollution control, ventilation systems, process hazard analyses, combustible dust hazard evaluations, and many other needs.
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with experience including:
- Process controls and layout
- Industrial plant operation and maintenance
- Equipment and piping sizing and selection
- PFD and PID development
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Existing client relationships a plus
