We are looking for a Project Hydrogeologist/Geologist/Environmental Engineer with 6-10 years of experience to join our Geoscience Group.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Development of project scope and budget
  • Coordination and execution of field activities/data collection in accordance with SOPs and QAPPs
  • Technical interpretation of project specific data and site geology/hydrogeology
  • Development of appropriate remedial strategies
  • Preparation of reports and requisite correspondence
  • Mentoring of junior staff
  • Understanding of current federal and state regulations and guidance
  • Assistance in the development of new policies and procedures

QUALIFICATIONS

Preferred candidates will have:

  • Degree in Engineering, or Geology
  • P.E. and/or P.G.
  • Minimum of 6 years of project management experience completing Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, site investigations, remedial action planning and implementation, and/or sediment assessments
  • Experience using Adobe Illustrator and Microsoft Office
  • Effective communication – both oral and written
  • Efficient time utilization with an emphasis on detail
  • Accountability for quality of work, project scope, schedule, and budget
  • Field activity coordination and active problem-solving skills
  • Timely project invoicing
  • Understanding of CERCLA regulations, RCRA regulations, TSCA regulations, and applicable Wisconsin regulations (including ch NR 500 and 700 series)
  • Effective prioritization of tasks and responsibilities
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and willing to take on new challenges
