We are looking for a Project Facilities Engineer with 7-15 years of experience to join our Facilities Group.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Construction project management, engineering, and Inspection
- Oversight of capital improvement or routine maintenance
- Project Schedule – create, analyze, monitor
- Budgetary Responsibilities – budgeting, forecasting, estimating
- Property Condition Assessments
- Construction Draw Reviews
- Project team collaboration and communication
- Review and monitoring of current processes to optimize efficiency
- Troubleshooting any issues with the facilities infrastructure or internal systems
- Writing internal Standards of Practice
- Work independently with minimal oversight
- Assist senior staff and manage entry-level staff
QUALIFICATIONS
Preferred candidates will have:
- B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, preferred
- Profession Engineer, preferred
- PMP Certification, preferred
- Knowledge of building construction processes and techniques
- Knowledge of construction cost estimating methods
- Highly motivated, proactive, and willing to take on new challenges
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Accountability for quality of work
- Strong organizational skills
- Leadership and management experience
- Attention to detail
- Critical thinker
- Proficiency using P6, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD and ArcGIS, a plus
