We are looking for a Project Facilities Engineer with 7-15 years of experience to join our Facilities Group.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Construction project management, engineering, and Inspection
  • Oversight of capital improvement or routine maintenance
    • Project Schedule – create, analyze, monitor
    • Budgetary Responsibilities – budgeting, forecasting, estimating
  • Property Condition Assessments
  • Construction Draw Reviews
  • Project team collaboration and communication
  • Review and monitoring of current processes to optimize efficiency
  • Troubleshooting any issues with the facilities infrastructure or internal systems
  • Writing internal Standards of Practice
  • Work independently with minimal oversight
  • Assist senior staff and manage entry-level staff

QUALIFICATIONS

Preferred candidates will have:

  • B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, preferred
  • Profession Engineer, preferred
  • PMP Certification, preferred
  • Knowledge of building construction processes and techniques
  • Knowledge of construction cost estimating methods
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and willing to take on new challenges
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Accountability for quality of work
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Leadership and management experience
  • Attention to detail
  • Critical thinker
  • Proficiency using P6, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD and ArcGIS, a plus
